Stanley Point Apartment

A refurbishment project on an apartment at Stanley Point. Solid concrete construction limited new lighting options, but careful selection of light fittings for existing wiring points, and construction of a hollow ‘beam’ to house services and install extra lighting overcame these issues to stunning effect. (In collaboration with Salmond Reed Architects)

The bathroom lighting included subtle LED under the floating vanity, and a recessed wall spotlight to highlight the striking mosaic tiles in the shower.
